Description

We’ve been on a apple kick this fall and this month we come with another heavy hitter. We took our traditional apple pie cookie and twisted it a bit.

We start with a caramel cookie with a hint of cinnamon, then stuff it with in house made cinnamon cake, brown sugar poptarts, and caramel dots. Then we put apple pie filling in the middle and shove a vanilla caramel shortbread crumb on top.
