Description

We’ve been getting asked to bring a red velvet cookie back for months now, so I figured with Christmas coming up red and white would finally be a good color combo.

We start with a rich red velvet base, add in lots of white chocolate, red velvet oreos, and cream cheese chips. Stuff it with a house made red velvet swirl cheesecake bar with vanilla shortbread crust. Topped with chocolate and sprinkled with a vanilla butter crumb.

This is the cookie to be leaving out for the big man.
