Ladies and gentleman I present you my take on a Caramel martini but in a cookie form! Pinkies up y’all!

We start with a caramel cookie base and add in butterscotch chips, shortbread, and caramel dots. Then we stuff it with a caramel buttercream AND dulce de leche. Finish it with a caramel martini ganache and a chocolate dipped shortbread cookie.
