Inspired by a cookie monster Nik, she wanted some Lemon Blueberry so we delivered. She’s down in the Milwaukee area, so we payed tribute to her city, and to our great state really by going with Lakeshore. Here in WI were so lucky so be surrounded by so many lakes, including the Great Lakes.

We took our delicious lemon cookie base and added in white chocolate, lemon oreos, blueberry pop tarts, and stuffed it with a house made blueberry (with a hint of lemoncello coulis. Finished by rolling in a blueberry and vanilla infused sugar.
