Hey friends,

I live up in the middle of the tundra, aka Wisconsin (go pack!), and right now it’s getting pretty cold! Well, what a perfect time to get a GIANT glass of hot chocolate,  a cozy blanket, good movie or show cough* east bound and down cough*, and THIS COOKIE! THIS COOKIE IS A GAMECHANGER.

We start with a hot chocolate cookie base. We then add in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and house made peppermint bark. Then we stuff it with a marshmallow AND a hot chocolate Hersey’s kiss. FINALLY we drizzle chocolate ganche over the top and sprinkle on crushed candy cane. *insert saltbae motion*
