A little crazy caramel cookie we have here folks.

We start with a rich caramel cookie base and add in twix, chocolate chips, caramel, and coconut caramel cookies. Then stuff it with a goey caramel coconut nougat like filling. We finish by dipping in chocolate and topping with toasted coconut.
