It’s been a Monday, and we here at BSBC are here for you. This cookie is here to help cure those Monday Blues with RICH chocolate and the perfect amounts of espresso. Satisfy those chocolate cravings, you deserve it.

We start with a chocolate and espresso cookie base then add in chocolate chips, oreo pieces, espresso chips, and stuff it with a coffee buttercream. We finish it off with some chocolate and chocolate dipped espresso beans.
