We took the popular Hot Fudge Poptart and turned it into a cookie!

Start with a rich chocolate cookie base and add in hot fudge pop tarts, brownie pieces, and chocolate chips. Stuff it with a hot fudge core, and then top it with two chocolates and sprinkles.
