Where my car bomb fans at? (I know thats not PC anymore) I love the mix of guniess, Jameson, and baileys. Years ago we turned it into the cookie, and ever since it’s not only been one of my most unique cookies, but one of my favorite cookies as well.

Chocolate Guinness cookie Base, stuffed full with Guinness Cake soaked in Jameson syrup, and chocolate chips, Baked to perfection then we drizzle a Irish cream white chocolate ganache.
