Description

We start with a Lemon cookie base then add cheesecake pieces, white chocolate, and lemon oreo’s. We then stuff the cookie with a house made  lemon bar w/ shortbread crust. Dip the cookie in chocolate, place a lemon oreo on top, sprinkle a lemon vanilla shortbread crumb on the sides, and drizzle more chocolate to finish.
