Our ‘Official’ Ube Cookie:

We use Ube extract and Jam in the base of this cookie to really add some depth. Pair it with some Vanilla bean paste (as I think Ube and Vanilla are a match made in heaven) Add in golden Oreos, cheesecake pieces, cream cheese chips, and white chocolate chips. Stuffed it with a vanilla bean cheesecake bar, then dip it all in chocolate and finish with purple sprinkles. This cookie is a soft and creamy delight.
