It’s march, and that means St. Pats Day. Now, I am an Irishmen so I always love this holiday, and this cookie was so fun to create!

We start with a pistachio and almond cookie base and add in white chocolate, and golden oreos. Then we stuff it with a pistachio buttercream, then top it with white chocolate , pistachio, and paint it gold!!
