Y’all I’ll be honest with you. One of my favorite sammys as a kid use to be peanut butter and brown sugar on white bread. Don’t knock it till you try it! Anywho I kinda kept that in mind when thinking about this cookie. I used brown butter and heavy on the brown sugar, but then kept things relatively ‘smooth’

We start with a rich brown butter and peanut butter cookie base. We add in white chocolate, peanut butter chips, and everyone’s favorite sprinkle/ peanut brittle combo. Stuffed with a Lindor white chocolate truffle, then dipped in white chocolate and drizzled with peanut butter.
