Created for the one and only Kelsey, @kelseyjfit for her birthday this month!

When describing this cookie to a friend she made a comment on “That’s so wisconsin” and I figured that was fitting.

We start with a rich cheesecake and white chocolate base, add in cream cheese danish and stuff it with a delicious raspberry filling. Finished with a dip in some chocolate to seal it all together.

Being a Wisconsinite this bad boy hit right at home.
