We here in Rhinelander are known worldwide for our mythical creature called the Hodag. We have our first annually Heritage days coming up this month and was asked to create a Hodag themed cookie! Do yourself a favor and google The Hodag and see what it looks like!

We start with a green vanilla cookie base and add in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, white chocolate pretzels, and stuff it with a brown butter buttercream. Finally we finish it with white chocolate ganache.
