Inspired by @Seansskillet ‘ice cream king of the bay’ musician, and foodie the man has been down for awhile! He is a killer source for all the best munchies.

He wanted to do a play on an oatmeal cream pie, and here we have it! Hands down my favorite cookie this month. Get this and have it with a cup a coffee, then thank me later.

We start with a cinnamon cookie base and add in oatmeal cream pies, caramel, white chocolate, cinnamon teddy grahams, and stuff it with a marshmallow buttercream.
