Inspired by my moms LEGENDARY peanut butter balls that only come around during Christmas. Well I wasn’t ready to let them go so I created a cookie inspired by them, and STUFFED with one!

Start with a peanut butter cookie base and we add in chocolate chips, reeses peanut butter cups, dark chocolate chips, brownie pieces, and wavy lay’s chips. Then stuffed with a chocolate dipped peanut butter butter ball. The cookie itself is then dipped in chocolate and finished with a peanut butter drizzle.
